    B2B Agent Payment Flow

    Step 1: Login

    • Agents log in securely using their confidential credentials.


    Step 2: Add Funds to Agent Wallet (Method 1)

    Agents can pre-load their wallet to streamline the ticket issuance process.

    A. Navigate to the Accounts section


    B. Click on Make Payment



    C. Choose a Payment Mode: Online or UPI


    D. Enter the Amount and click Submit
    E. You will be redirected to the Payment Gateway
    F. After a successful transaction, the wallet is automatically updated
    G. When issuing tickets, the selected amount is deducted directly from the agent’s wallet



    Alternative: Direct Payment at Booking (Method 2)

    Agents can also pay during the booking process without pre-loading their wallet.

    i. Search for the desired flight tickets



    ii. Select the flight


    iii. Click Book, fill in traveler details, and proceed to Continue Payment



    iv. Select the Payment Method – Online and click Continue to Pay



    v. You will be redirected to the Payment Gateway — upon successful payment, the ticket is issued immediately
